Deadlines: For each accepted paper at least one of the authors (at most two papers per each presenter) must register by Friday 4th June. We will do our best to process all registrations received before the conference, however, it would be easiest for us if you could get your form to us on or before Friday 2nd July

Payment Information: Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment in order to be processed. Incorrect credit card numbers and declined credit are considered non payments and registration will not take place.

Student Status: To be eligible for the student fee, you must submit proof of student status along with your registration form.

Refund policy: The conference chair should be notified of cancellations in writing before Friday 2nd July (5 working days before the conference). Cancelled registrations will be refunded the amount paid less $25 for administration costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 5 working days prior to the conference or non-attendance at the conference. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may send a substitute.
